COOK ALONG SHOW

Prepared Without Oil

In Saladmaster, the Cook Along Show is dedicated to showing the world how to cook different Nigerian dishes in the healthiest way with the healthiest cooking system without the use of palm or groundnut oil and, in some cases, water.

So you can experience how to cook your Ogbono, Egusi, Edikaikong, Afang, and other types of soups without oil.

You will also see how to cook Fried Rice, Jollof Rice without palm or groundnut oil and how to prepare Salads without Mayonnaise.

The show commences every Wednesday by 6:30pm.

However, recipes are sent to members and followers of our social media pages and groups on Saturdays to close in on the market for condiments so as to cook along with Chef Jessica on Wednesday.
